Monthly plans include 24/7 monitoring, cloud logging, and access to integrations. Fees must be paid in advance. Non-payment may lead to service suspension without notice.

4. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party gateways.
• Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Hardware sales are final unless defective under warranty.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated.

5. Warranty and Returns

Hardware includes a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. We are not liable for:

• Physical damage
• Unauthorized modifications
• Improper use or installation

Warranty claims must include proof of purchase.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse our services or tamper with any devices
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute proprietary software

All content, trademarks, logos, and software used by Living Alarm are the property of Living Alarm and protected under applicable laws. You may not reuse, reproduce, or modify our materials without written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service:

• For breach of these Terms
• If required by law
• For conduct that harms other users or our reputation

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
